Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Claims

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return your Alusa Home product for a full refund, or request a free replacement for defective items, within 120 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hassles!

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned with all original contents.

After 120 days, defective items may still be replaced under our warranty program for up to 180 days after purchase.
