If you're not satisfied for any reason you can return your Alusa Home product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hassles!

To be eligible for a refund the product must be returned with all original contents.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted...

- You are not able to return the product with all the original contents
- The product is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We also offer a 120-day guarantee. Our guarantee allows you to return your Alusa Home product within 120-days and receive a free replacement if you run into any issues.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
